My latest poster for Play It By Ear is a Furby Terminator. The night has a 90's pop theme, so thought Furby would be good for this being a toy of the late 90's. I saw lots of pics while researching Furby of 'Furbinators' where people had taken off the fur to expose it's workings. I thought that these were pretty cool, so thought I would take it one stage further and make the endoskeleton look more like a T800 Terminator.

I use my drawing skills and love of detail to create bizarrely
intricate collections of creatures; from rabbits made of tanks to
dinosaurs mobilized by ‘lots of stuff’. I was trained in the
traditional techniques of animation and drawing, becoming influenced
by Miyazaki and Geoff Darrow amongst others. I use a combination of
graphics, line drawing, ink and paint pen to create my beasts and I am
now assaulting windows and walls with my unique menagerie.
